Burgess Technology Services is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our growing business. This an entry level position with opportunities to grow within our company. This person in this position is responsible for repair, upgrades, and support of our small business and consumer clients, and may involve supporting field engineers with remote management and support. At Burgess, you’ll be part of a flexible team that puts client needs first. We encourage new ideas, and focus on identifying new technologies that will better serve our customers. Our clients include small, medium and large organizations in many sectors: financial, commercial, professional, non-profit, government, military, education, and industrial/manufacturing.
Desktop Support Specialist candidates should have familiarity with Microsoft Windows, routers, firewalls, antivirus, antispyware, and backup. Excellent communication skills and customer services skills are of critical importance. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
